1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Treasure Coast Ragdolls (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access our services.

2. Services Provided

Treasure Coast Ragdolls is a professional Ragdoll cat breeder based in Florida, USA. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Sale of purebred Ragdoll kittens and cats
  • Ragdoll cat breeding services
  • Cat food, accessories, and supplies
  • Grooming and care services
  • Veterinary care referrals
  • Boarding services
  • General cat care guidance and support

3. Purchase Agreement

All kitten and cat sales are final once a deposit has been placed. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your kitten. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of pickup or delivery. Treasure Coast Ragdolls reserves the right to refuse sale to any individual at our sole discretion.

All kittens are sold with a health guarantee as outlined in our separate Purchase Agreement. By purchasing a kitten from us, you agree to the terms of that agreement in full.

4. Health Guarantee

Treasure Coast Ragdolls guarantees that all kittens are healthy at the time of sale. Each kitten receives a veterinary health check before going to their new home. Our health guarantee covers genetic conditions as outlined in the Purchase Agreement. This guarantee is void if the kitten is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.

5. Deposits and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit may be transferred to a future available kitten at our discretion. We are not responsible for any circumstances that prevent you from completing your purchase after a deposit has been placed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Treasure Coast Ragdolls offers kitten delivery and shipping options. All shipping arrangements must be agreed upon in advance. We take every precaution to ensure safe transport; however, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by airlines, transport companies, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a kitten from Treasure Coast Ragdolls, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe, loving, and suitable home environment
  • Keep the cat indoors at all times
  • Provide regular veterinary care including vaccinations and annual checkups
  • Spay or neuter the kitten at the appropriate age unless a breeding rights agreement is in place
  • Never surrender the cat to a shelter — contact us first if you can no longer keep the cat
  • Not use the cat for breeding without prior written consent and a separate breeding rights agreement

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treasure Coast Ragdolls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or ownership of any cat or kitten. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific cat giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Treasure Coast Ragdolls website — including text, images, logos, cat photos, and descriptions — is the property of Treasure Coast Ragdolls and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of applicable jurisdiction in Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
